C'est clair !

Le Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame c'est aussi ridicule que les grammy ou les Oscars. Mais ce qui me fait le plus rire c'est lorsque des groupe dit "Anti establishment" sont intronisés ou participe à ce genre d'événement.
Reste que pour Rory c'est triste de voir que son oeuvre ne soit pas récompensée à sa juste valeur.

"Recording time almost 3 hours long concert. With keyboard John Cooke, sax Ray Beavis and Dick Parry. Rory's singing was not good enough. Sometimes his guitar solo was not readable, was rather messing. He should be trying experiments for new sounds, but not working well everytime. One of amazing experiments is Out On The Western Plain. It is almost electric version, maybe using effector on acoustic guitar and John Cooke's electric keyboard. Not perfect concert, but audience concentrated well on Rory. They enjoyed chorus of Rory's guitar refrain in Bad Penny and Shadow Play."

Le titre avec Rory Gallagher (le "Can't Be Satisfied" de Muddy Waters) est à mon avis inédit, car il n'est pas paru sur l'album "Drat That Frattle Rat" de Chris Barber enregistré en 1971 avec Rory.

Reste à savoir s'il s'agit d'une outtake de l'album, ou si cette collaboration à été enregistrée ultérieurement.

4 chansons de Rory sont à l'honneur dans la première saison de la nouvelle série Light Out contant l'histoire d'un boxeur ayant du mal à reprendre une vie normal hors du ring.
Le premier épisode a été diffusé hier soir, mardi 11 janvier à 22h sur la chaine FX.

Apparemment pour le premier épisode il y avait "Wheels within Wheels" et vu que la série est sur le thème de la boxe, il y aura sûrement Kid Gloves.
